Small waves, big choice…

from left to right: The Rowdy, Air Model and Bull’s Eye

What should be in your quiver?

Everyone should have a board in his quiver for the smaller or weaker conditions. The epic days are rare, but let us help you make “mushy” the new “glassy”. We have several high performance boards in our range that are especially shaped for smaller or weaker waves. All focused on an new school surfing for radical manouvers in “not so good conditions”. But be careful you will probably start loving windy, messy and small waves…

The Rowdy

This one is for really small waves… Make out the most of nothing!

“High Perfomance Hybrid

Based in our Mantra Model and with the Bull’s Eye in mind, we created this hybrid between fish and high performance shortboard. Wide nose like a fish but with a straighter tail and a slight bump in the fin area defines it’s striking outline. The wide point is put further up the board than usual. This board is designed for small waves! It is very fast with great paddle capacity, flotation and inertia that without a doubt allows you tight turns and takes off the lip with ease. The Rowdy is more stable than the Bull’s Eye which makes it easier to complete critical manoeuvres. You can go quite short when ordering yours because with it’s thickness and deep concave it will compensate the lack of volume.”READ MORE…

This one is your new everyday buddy until it get’s 6 foot+… Beachbreaks and Pointbreaks are it’s favourite playground.

    “Small Wave Performance

High Performance model focused on a new school style, adjusted for radical surfing in smaller or weaker waves. Rounder overall outline and major width in the nose and tail area provide more flotability and make it more stable when finishing critical manoeuvres. Deep concaves produce extra lift and canalize speed for better projection in the turns which compensates the length of the board which would make it too loose. The rails full enough to contribute good flotability but fine enough to maintain the board flexible, sensitive and precise. The rocker is quite flat, but with a little nose flip to not get stuck in late take-offs or in hollower waves. It’s recommended to choose the board about 2 to 4 inches shorter and 1 to 1,5 inches wider than your regular shortboard.”READ MORE…
